UNCONDITIONAL WAIVER AND RELEASE UPON FINAL PAYMENT
The undersigned, ____________ doing business as ______________ ("Contractor") has been paid in full for all labor, services, equipment or material furnished to work at ____________ for ______________ (hereinafter "Owner"), in the amount of $ ______ as invoiced in Contractor's Invoice # __ and #__.
Contractor does hereby waive and release any right to a mechanic's lien, stop notice, or any right against a labor and material bond on the job, and affirms and acknowledges that with this payment in the amount specified above, has been paid in full.
Contractor affirms that there are no disputed claims, unpaid monies owed, or any other amounts owed to Contractor.
Contractor acknowledges that this agreement for unconditional waiver and release of all rights is in the spirit of, and in accordance with California Civil Code Section 3262(d)(4)
NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT WAIVES YOUR RIGHTS UNCONDITIONALLY AND STATES THAT YOU HAVE BEEN PAID FOR GIVING UP THOSE RIGHTS. THIS DOCUMENT IS ENFORCEABLE AGAINST UPON YOUR SIGNATURE.
