The Company's creative affiliate, Stonecreek LLC Design, provides creative concepting, consulting, and design support to client projects.
Company History Stonecreek LLC and its principals have worked in connection with well-known properties and facilities throughout the U.S. and worldwide. The Company's expertise is founded on an extensive background with feasibility, due diligence, business planning, and asset management.
Company founder Don Bredberg has an expertise which ranges from real estate and recreation asset management (NEI Investor Group), to land development and investment building (The Irvine Company), to entertainment facility ideation and implementation (Universal Studios Recreation Group).
