 Due Diligence for Real Estate and Hospitality Acquisitions
Stonecreek LLC has extensive experience as due diligence consultants to client real estate acquisitions. Our knowledge of various products, from land development to vertical construction of hotels, office buildings, and retail centers, provides a solid base of experience for any particular transaction we support.
Stonecreek LLC has also worked for client organizations, representing such organization's acquisition program interests. We have acted in this capacity for such entities as Nissho Iwai American Corp.
