Lorimar's studio lot and backlot in Culver City, now owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment, is a valuable real estate holding within the Los Angeles basin. Studio executives were interested in understanding the highest and best use of the property, redevelopment options, and various related issues.
Various redevelopment options were evaluated and compared to a baseline redevelopment scheme, along with build-out and phasing scenarios.
