Asset management, capital improvements and renovations of boat harbor including 1,000+ small craft slips and ancillary waterfront marina activities. Work included preparation and implementation of refurbishment program for docks. Properties held under ground lease with the County of Los Angeles. Marina del Rey features the largest man-made small boat harbor in the world with about 7,000 pleasure boats and yachts.
In renovating and redeveloping the smallcraft and yacht harbor, as well as adjacent waterfront areas, an array of services were evaluated to potentially offer the most extensive services among today's ports and marinas, a solution for all boat owner and crew services, liveboard services, charter, and boat refit, repairs, and maintenance needs.
