Adventure Studios worked with a n investment property investor - in a preliminary review of guest programming ideation for proposed redevelopment of the Pavilion site in South Carolina. The investment builder had proposed a redevelopment plan in collaboration with the local facility owner and the city's redevelopment agency.

As a means of facilitating aspects of local community and press relations, Adventure Studios also prepared initial corporate communications materials for use locally in presenting the project concept and their organization.
