StoneCreek affiliate Adventure Studios worked with this client in the preparation of a unique business plan, allowing for participation in creation of an arena and event center in this prosperous Inland Empire (California) community, while also providing a permanent home to the Loveland Church.
Work included preparation of a market study, financial projections, operating estimates, and recommendations for a deal structure allowing the client to occupy the event complex premises in a manner similar to an anchor tenant. The Ontario Arena is project of the City of Ontario and this client's participation has been a matter of interest and negotiation.
The facility would be located in the City of Ontario, California, providing a strategic setting situated within two miles of Ontario International Airport and within several blocks of Ontario Mills, one of the region's dominate regional shopping centers.
