Market, demographic, and financial studies to support underwriting and issuance of Mortgage Revenue Bonds under California's SB 99 legislation. Program was intended to spur construction of affordable housing in designated community redevelopment project areas throughout California. Studies and work efforts included bond programs for such municipal jurisdictions as:
