Seralago Resort Village is a 584-acre landholding situated just northeast of Disney's community of Celebration, and adjustment to Gaylord Palms Convention Hotel. The property was master-planned, entitled, and first phase development completed.
As part of the effort, participation in a regional toll road deal was negotiated, sewer and water agreements were negotiated and put in place, and an operator was selected for management of the golf course / club completed as part of Phase 1 construction. Feasibility work for golf course, hotels, and destination resort spa were completed.
