Ideation, experiential design, and entitlement of this 40-acre town center and entertainment district to be located in Kissimmee Florida, just northeast of Disney's Celebration master-planned community and immediately adjacent to property developed as Gaylord's Orlando Resort. The Streets of Seralago, on 40 acres, was planned as a town center and urban entertainment district for this part of the Greater Orlando metro area.
The retail center included extensive themed entertainment sensibilities, including a street of live music, an active nightlife, a restaurant row suitable to the tourist / residential mix of the area, and unique retail offerings. The artist's sketch shown here is the work of James Faber.
