Guest programming and leasing strategy, as well as urban planning and design issues due to the density of development at this site. Stonecreek LLC affiliate Adventure Studios has worked with Sumitomo Corp., and Universal Studios Japan, on several iterations of Phase 1 and Phase 2 experiential and placemaking design.
As with many Asian projects, this CityWalk is a unique departure for the U.S.-originated CityWalk product and required a vertical orientation to place making versus typical horizontal planning approaches of the U.S. Adventure Studios' involvement with CityWalk Osaka began while Stonecreek LLC principals were Execs at Universal Studios, directing the CityWalk Development Program.
