Stonecreek LLC affiliate Adventure Studios has worked with this client in the preparation of a unique business plan, allowing for participation in creation of an arena and event center in this prosperous Inland Empire (California) community, while also providing a permanent home to its parent entity, the Loveland Church.
Work included preparation of a market study, financial projections, operating estimates, and recommendations for a deal structure allowing the client to occupy the event complex premises in a manner similar to an anchor tenant. The Ontario Arena is project of the City of Ontario and this client's participation has been a matter of interest and negotiation.
The facility would be located in the City of Ontario, California, providing a strategic setting within a community generally-acknowledged as the gateway to Southern California's Inland Empire region - the IE - and a location that is also in close proximity to the heart of the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area. The facility woulld be situated within two miles of Ontario International Airport and within several blocks of Ontario Mills, one of the region's dominate regional shopping and entertainment centers.
