Technical market, demographic, and financial studies to support underwriting and issuance of Mortgage Revenue Bonds under California's SB 99 legislation. The programs were intended to spur construction of new affordable housing in designated community redevelopment project areas throughout the State of California. Studies and work efforts included bond programs for such municipal jurisdictions as:
- City of Los Angeles, California
- City of Simi Valley, California
- City of Pleasant Hiil, California
- City of Oceanside, California
- County of Fresno, California
Work performed in collaboration with such firms as Shearson American Express, Goldman Sachs, and Miller & Schroeder Municipals.
Client(s): (separate assignments) Community Redevelopment Agencies for the California cities of Los Angeles, Pleasant Hill, Oceanside, Simi Valley, and the County of Fresno, California. Work completed at predecessor firm (Laventhol & Horwath) by Stonecreek LLC principal.
