Stonecreek LLC affiliate Adventure Studios, in collaboration with joint venture partners, was one of two finalists in bidding for a role in master developing the community's fairgrounds, home of the Washington County Fair each year.
As part of the competition, and in responding to the RFP, Adventure Studios prepared a master land use plan for the mixed-use Events & Entertainment District, which included commercial and residential land uses as well.
