Entertainment District -
Stonecrest Entertainment Center was designed to include a special entertainment district, as well as various entertainment options throughout the facility. The entertainment district features a kid's active play venue and outdoor rides.
Restaurant Row -
The Restaurant Row at Stonecrest Entertainment Center augments the substantial dining and quick food options already in place or committed to the Stonecrest area. Restaurant Row will include easy valet parking when desired, wide-ranging food options, and easy access back to Stonecrest Mall's state of the art movie theaters for those wanting to combine dinner and a movie.
Main Street at Stonecrest -
A core design aspect of the project is the Main Street traversing the heart of Stonecrest Entertainment Center. Main Street will be home to the facility's major retail anchors and restaurants, and provide a stroll and shop pedestrian path connecting to each of the facility's dedicated shopping and entertainment districts.
Club District -
The Club District at Stonecrest Entertainment Center is planned as a regional draw, with an ever changing series of promotions and concerts featured in the facility’s clubs and Main Stage. The facility's integrated show system will allow each club night to be a unique entertainment experience, as each the facility adapts itself to the particular magic and camaraderie of an evening.
Show Architecture -
Stonecreek LLC affiliate Adventure Studios will bring its "Show Architecture" approach to Stonecrest Entertainment Center, a facility design approach that integrates theatrical lighting, point-source sound, and multimedia imagery, with a facility's physical design. With a theme park-style integrated show control system, Stonecrest Entertainment Center will literally have a different look and personality to match days of the week, major holidays, and special on-site events.

Stonecrest Entertainment Center includes sponsorships that feature consumer products and services in events, on-site locations, and project features.
Private Commercial Network -
Stonecrest Entertainment Center's design includes a dedicated private commercial network featuring pulsed multimedia presentations shown in common areas and select venues, featuring licensed media materials from around the world and linked product promotions.
Special Events -
An ongoing slate of special events, holiday spectaculars, and touring shows will have a home at Stonecrest Entertainment Center. A goal for the facility is to ensure that there is always something new and interesting happening at Stonecrest Entertainment Center.

The master plan for developing and operating Stonecrest Town Center was prepared as part of Stonecreek LLC affiliate Adventure Studios' potential site acquisition. This lifestyle retail-entertainment facility planned for the Greater Atlanta metro area included substantial themed entertainment elements, including an integrated EASIL show control system for building systems and theatrical staging.
The experiential design effort focused on place making objectives, urban planning and design issues, tenant leasing strategies, and district objectives. The project would be situated adjacent to the Mall at Stonecrest, along the major interstate highway through the eastern region of greater Atlanta.
Stonecrest was proposed for the City of Lithonia in East Dekalb County along Interstate-20, some 18 miles east of downtown Atlanta. The community traces its beginnings to the early 1840's when a tiny settlement sprang up at the intersection to two roads. Growth continued when the Georgia Railroad completed its rail line through the town in 1845, running from Atlanta to Augusta. The community played a role in the Civil War, with notable service of its native sons, and as an overnight stay for General Sherman, on his famous march to the sea. By the 1880's the City's huge natural supply of granite was turned into number of large successful quarry operations.
A Leisure-Time Center -
Stonecrest Entertainment Center is a planned leisure-time facility, a place for Atlanta residents to shop, hangout, meet friends, enjoy family life, and escape from the ordinary. At more than 25 acres, Stonecrest Entertainment Center will be one of the largest urban entertainment centers "purpose-built" in the Southeast U.S. Stonecrest Entertainment Center is the first CityCenter facility to be designed by affiliate Adventure Studios, a California recreation developer founded by senior professionals from the entertainment, theme park, retail, consumer product, and real estate industries.
