Experiential branding (and marketing) refers to the provision of full-bodied brand "experiences" to consumers, in a way that resonates more fully than traditional "feature / benefit" brand positioning. Brand experiences are opportunities for consumers to knit a brand into their lifestyle, in the familiar way of a relationship with a good friend. Experiential branding integrates with a consumer's senses, their feelings, the way a consumer thinks and acts, and how a consumer may feel empowered.
