This background has included analysis of the potential market support for new lodging facilities, formulating project concepts, financial analysis and projections for the facility as proposed, and overall feasibility evaluations.
Our experience as hospitality consultants includes due diligence, feasibility, and project management of resort hotels, commercial lodging, championship golf courses, event facilities, and time-share venues.
Stonecreek LLC experience includes site acquisition, due diligence, feasibility analysis, deal structuring, and asset management of such centers. Through creative affiliate Adventure Studios LLc, the company also collaborates in the design-development and project management of themed entertainment projects.
Since the professionals of StoneCreek have also served as asset managers for major hotel portfolios, the firm's feasibility work is based on knowledge of the realities of operating properties.
As part of any feasibility evaluation, StoneCreek's extensive experience in negotiating franchises and management agreements can also be useful to property owners.
