As consultants, StoneCreek Partners has provided hotel project feasibility studies and due diligence support to an array of lodging facilities. The firm has been actively involved with hotel acquisitions on behalf of investors, and in site selection, conceptual design, and strategic marketing considerations in connection with the development, renovation, and redevelopment of hotels and resorts. The firm is also experienced with pre-litigation and active litigation support and expert witness testimony.
The firm's senior management team experience includes asset management of such properties as the Ritz-Carlon Hotels in Aspen, New York, Washington, D.C., and Houston, as well as the Marriotts in Marina del Rey (California) and Schaumburg (Illinois), Hotel Mediteran Resort (Ulcinj, Montenegro), the Four Seasons Newport Beach, the Irvine Hyatt Hotel (California), and La Entrada de Santa Barbara (California, for Phase 1 construction) among other properties.
